The Arts & Culture Funders Group provides a space for funders across the state to share projects, creative funding approaches, and opportunities to collaborate.
The August 30th quarterly convening will be in person in Colorado Springs. Please Register/Sign Up by AUGUST 24 (for lunch) and receive meeting details, including parking.
We'll plan to "see" and learn about arts and culture in this place, which will be followed by a lunch meeting at the new Philanthropy Collective space. Participants will have the opportunity to see and hear about Philanthropy Collective's newly renovated building, which includes the co-location of philanthropic organizations and a social enterprise called "The Well". There are interesting public murals nearby and visual art is infused into the space.
The lunch meeting will include a brief overview on arts and culture in the Pikes Peak region, discussion/exchange on arts and culture communications and advocacy, and time for open sharing that will include the funder session takeaways from the Colorado Creative Industry Summit. Afterwards, you are invited to continue the conversation at The Well.
